There’s no supportive backing in the frame, just flimsy plastic. I had to make my own out of cardboard. Also, the hanging options could be better.

The frame comes with a super-white styrene backing, which serves primarily to enhance the visual brightness of your displayed items and is not meant for structural support. This backing is meant to reflect light and make your display pop without adding unnecessary weight or bulk that could complicate the mounting process.
For hanging, each frame includes all the necessary hardware for a reliable installation. While we understand you had concerns with the options provided, many of our customers find the included screws and anchors effective. Alternatively, for those who prefer a less permanent solution, Command strips or similar double-sided adhesive products can be used for an easy, no-drill setup.
