Free Returns, Really?

We have a 100% seller rating and a less than 0.4% defect rate with Amazon. We also maintain a 100% feedback rating on eBay. Compared with our competitors, we maintain a generous, customer-friendly return policy. If you find that our product does not suit your needs, we will take it back within 7 days - and send you a return label- free of charge. Please note that custom ordered, advance orders or logo printed frames are excluded and cannot be returned.

What do I have to do?

Email us at customerservice@snapframesdirect.com within 7 days of receiving your order a return request and we will email you a return label. Print and attach the return label to the same box your frame arrived in and bring it to any UPS drop off.

Any other conditions?

Your request must be within 7 days of receiving and frame(s) must be in its original condition, must be unused and be returned with all hardware.

How long do refunds take

We strive to process and issue the refund as soon as we receive your return. As soon as the refund for the cost of the frame(s) is issued, we will send you a notification via email. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process and take up to 30 days to reflect on your statement. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
