My daughter bought an inexpensive Taylor Swift poster she wanted to frame. I didn’t want to spent $300 on a frame for a significantly less expensive poster. Also, to add complexity, she wanted it to be pink. When we found this frame I had never heard of Snap Frames before but am glad we gave it a try. The frame was delivered quickly and well packaged. It was so easy to get the poster in. No unhinging a cheap cardboard back! The sides snap up and you insert the pic and snap them shut again. If literally took <10 seconds to frame! Super easy and convenient- especially if you want to change framing contents regularly. You wouldn’t even have to remove the frame from the wall! Glad we found this as we will order more in the future.

Frames work great, generally recommended. This shipment in particular had broken corners on the plastic inserts, consistent across both items in my order.

This was my first time ordering from you. I would give the quality of the frames a 5 star review. They are exactly what you see when looking at them online. Good quality. As far as service - I ordered 5 frames, we had a big meeting planned and 1 frame came in, then the day of the meeting, 3 more frames came in and just last week the last one came in. I had ordered them well in advance of the meeting and when I ordered them all together I just assumed they all would be shipped together. It was a little disappointing. I had to go and buy some cheaper frames so that I could hang the posters for the meeting.

Frames are great. But why send 4 frames in 4 separate packages, making shipment 4 times great (at your cost)?!?!

Never seen the front loading before. Really only 27x41 out there REASONABLY PRICED! But the matte cover really MADE the poster since it’s HIGHLY reflective Mylar. Also customer support was A+++ - I NEVER write reviews but SnapEzo / 1st class!

Every one I bought was misaligned at the corners so that one end has gaps between the top and sides of the frame, and protruding edges on the bottom. When I pointed this out I was told to fix it with a screwdriver, but these things are screwed so tight that's impossible. All that happened was the back panel fell out. It's also hard when the frame is fixed on a wall to hold a poster in place long enough to position the clear cover over it... Often the clear cover will flop around or fall down, causing permanent creases and dings in the plastic.

From your description, it sounds like you might be trying to fit a mounted poster into the frame, which can indeed cause some alignment issues. We understand that this is frustrating and not the experience we strive to provide. With over 1 million Snapezo frames in use daily in the US and more than 70% of our customers reordering, your experience is certainly an extremely rare occurrence.
As we have already refunded you in full for the half-price frames you purchased, there isn't much more we can do in terms of compensation. I love this frame. It worked perfectly for my needs and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend these frames. Was not big and heavy either. Very easy to hang!
