SnapFramesDirect.com is controlled by Port A Distributing LLC, Company Company, USA. By using SnapFramesDirect.com, you and Port A Distributing LLC agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflicts of law's principles thereof.

Shipping And Handling

Unless other options are selected at checkout, all orders are shipped UPS Ground or another reputable shipper service.

If you require any special delivery, please call us.

International orders are easy - but we need to pre-arrange shipping, so please contact us.

Shipping Damage

All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition after five stages of quality control- we will never ship damaged products or with damaged packaging.

If cartons or packaging show any damage, please refuse delivery or, at your risk, notify the driver of damage and mark clearly on delivery note RECEIVED DAMAGED. Retain your copy of this signed delivery note and ask for driver's name and also write this down clearly.

Take photographs of the damaged cartons or skids before unpacking and email these along with all details of any damage as we will need this to make a claim against the shipper.

Delivery Schedule

We will ship your order same day or the day following via UPS ground.

International orders are shipped according to the service you select by calling our team.

You must inform us immediately on arrival if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

If any package appears damaged - SIGN RECEIVED DAMAGED clearly on the delivery slip and write down the name of the driver - notify us immediately. OR refuse delivery - SIGN DAMAGED REFUSED DELIVERY and notify us immediately.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.


Discounts and vouchers cannot be combined and quotations have a limited life of 7 days unless otherwise agreed.


Limitation of Liability

Consequential Loss

All SnapFramesDirect.com customers and site visitors understand and agree that SnapFramesDirect.com or Port A Distributing LLC will not be liable for;

Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, etc) arising out of the use of or inability to use our Website, Phones, or any information, or transactions provided, or downloaded or viewed or purchased or ordered, or any delay of such information or service or delivery. Or for any errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and materials or information downloaded, given or purchased through the website. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, Port A Distributing LLC Liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Order Confirmations

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Custom and advance orders

Custom orders cannot be canceled in any circumstances. Advance orders will have taken space in shipments and been made especially to your requirements and cannot be canceled. In special circumstances, we may be able to cancel orders and reserve the right to charge 30% cancellation fee.


If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within seven days or purchase to requests a confirmation that the return will be accepted along with delivery instructions. Note that in exceptional circumstances we may extend this returns period but in no circumstances can a refund be made more than 59 days after the payment date. Our Card Processors do not allow it

Tax Charges

Taxes vary according to state and county, all taxes will be clearly shown in the cart prior to purchase.
