Shipping And Handling
Unless other options are selected at checkout all orders are shipped Ground using UPS or other reputable shippers.
If you require any special delivery, please call us.
International orders are easy - but we need to pre-arrange shipping, so please contact us.
All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition- we will never ship damaged products or products with damaged packaging.
If Cartons or Products show any damage please refuse delivery or, at your risk, notify driver of damage and mark clearly on delivery note RECEIVED DAMAGED. Retain your copy of this signed delivery note and ask for Driver's Name and also write this down clearly.
Take photographs of the damaged Cartons or Skids before unpacking and email these along with all details of any damage as we will need to make claim against the shipper.
We will normally ship your order same day or day following via UPS Ground.
International orders are shipped according to the service you select by calling our team.
You must inform us immediately on arrival if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If any package appears damaged - SIGN RECEIVED DAMAGED clearly on the delivery slip and clearly write down name of driver - notify us immediately. OR refuse delivery - SIGN DAMAGED REFUSED DELIVERY and notify us immediately.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns are rare but EASY!
You may return goods at you own expense to our warehouses. Please notify us of a returns request and we will find the closest warehouse, saving you shipping costs and time. Please note that custom frames or specific orders manufactured for customers are firm sale and cannot be returned once ordered under any circumstances.
We will refund the cost of returned goods in full within 30 days of return.
Except for Government Departments we require payment prior to shipping.
