I'm looking at purchasing these to reduce the waste involved in foam core mounting posters for events that use an easel to display the event poster / welcome sign. Are the construction of these frames suitable to be used in that way? Is the backing rigid and durable enough to have minimal support and stand on the easel?
Hi " yes and no" many people do use the frames in that way as they are light and easy to put on and off the easel. But, they are not that attractive from the rear a sit it is not meant to be seen, and so you may consider have maintenance fix the frame to a piece of board which will improve aesthetics and rigidity
