Every one I bought was misaligned at the corners so that one end has gaps between the top and sides of the frame, and protruding edges on the bottom. When I pointed this out I was told to fix it with a screwdriver, but these things are screwed so tight that's impossible. All that happened was the back panel fell out. It's also hard when the frame is fixed on a wall to hold a poster in place long enough to position the clear cover over it... Often the clear cover will flop around or fall down, causing permanent creases and dings in the plastic.

After reviewing our records, we could not find any communications from your email address. However, we did find an order for a heavily discounted customer return deal purchased by someone with the same initials and name, which was refunded in full.
From your description, it sounds like you might be trying to fit a mounted poster into the frame, which can indeed cause some alignment issues. As we have already refunded you in full for the half-price frames you purchased, there isn't much more we can do in terms of compensation.
