Can you put a foam core poster in this frame?

Thank you for your interest in our 36x36 Black Snap Frame with a 1.7" profile. Yes, you can certainly use a foam core poster in this frame. Our snap frames are designed to accommodate a range of materials. However, it's important to consider the thickness of the foam core poster.
For this specific frame, the material thickness compatibility includes paper or similar materials up to approximately 19.7 mils (about 1/50 inch or 0.5 mm). If your foam core poster falls within this thickness range, it should fit perfectly in the frame. If it's thicker, you might need to consider a different framing option, such as our Jumbo Snap Frames, which can support thicker materials.

Every one I bought was misaligned at the corners so that one end has gaps between the top and sides of the frame, and protruding edges on the bottom. When I pointed this out I was told to fix it with a screwdriver, but these things are screwed so tight that's impossible. All that happened was the back panel fell out. It's also hard when the frame is fixed on a wall to hold a poster in place long enough to position the clear cover over it... Often the clear cover will flop around or fall down, causing permanent creases and dings in the plastic.
